Customer terms and conditions of return

I really hope you enjoy your purchase. I take great care in quality-checking every item and pack each one as best possible to protect it during shipping. However, in the unlikely event that goods are damaged, you are not completely satisfied, or have changed your mind, I do accept returns or exchanges on all items except personalised items or bespoke commissions. Just notify me within 14 day of receipt if you wish return or exchange your purchase. You then have 28 days from date of receipt to return your purchase.

Please note Kamlah Kew Art is not liable for any damage caused to your product during shipping. All postage methods are insured. These terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange please adhere to the following requirements;

  • your item must be returned in its original packaging, or packaging of the same quality
  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • you must return your item via a trackable postal system and provide proof of postage
  • The item must be dispatched for return within 28 days of you receiving it.

If you have simply changed your mind about your item, (for exchange or refund), postage costs will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the return postage costs.

If the item is faulty, your full postage costs will be refunded and return postage costs will be covered, please contact me to arrange.

Please note, if you live outside of the UK and had to pay customs fees to clear your item Kamlah Kew Art will not refund this cost in either case.

If all requirements have been met, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately after the returned item has been received.

This policy covers 28 days from the date of purchase, after that period, unfortunately exchanges or refunds cannot be offered.
